Introducing ‘The Little Dream Journal,’ your book of transformation
Back in 2009, when I decided to follow my dreams–literally–and become a Certified Dreamwork Professional, I had a vision. One day I wanted to share my passion for dreams by publishing a series of books and resources including:
💫 a book about my philosophy of sleep, dreams, dream interpretation, and waking well
💫 a guidebook that would inspire readers to combine dreams and writing to boost creativity
💫 and a dream journal with encouragement, information, and a template for remembering, recording, and understanding dreams.
As of this week, with the publication of the little dream journal: a space to spark insights from your midnight mind, I have officially fulfilled that vision! 🤸🏽🤸🏽🤸🏽 (Plus more … check out all of my books!)
And now, drumroll please, here is the official announcement about the publication of the little dream journal!
